Updates are usually sent direct to Brand & Company, the update or issue is logged and then delivered on to the nominated person, usually the same day.

When renewals are due we consolidate your loose-leaf orders and contact you by email for renewal instructions.

Brand & company also deal with all claims for missing pages.
